Mark

Technology Strategy & Business Transformation

Mark brings experience in senior technology leadership, information security, and the delivery of complex change across education, cultural institutions, financial technology, and logistics.

His career includes CIO and vice-president responsibilities at the Royal Ontario Museum, technology leadership at the Peel District School Board, and innovation and transformation work at Centennial College. His earlier work spans enterprise systems, infrastructure, security, and business integration.

At KlickTech, Mark connects business priorities with solution design and delivery. He brings an understanding of operational constraints, the importance of clear ownership, and the need to measure what changes.

Mike

Change Management & Adoption

Mike brings experience leading change management and helping mid-sized and large organizations adopt new technology. He works with people throughout the organization to build understanding, encourage participation, and ensure the support needed for a smoother transition is in place.

Having worked alongside Mark on strategic projects for many years, Mike helped shape KlickTech’s focus on employee involvement and lasting adoption.
